'The Harder They Fall' director returns with another wildly creative and music-soaked all-star ride, again led by Lakeith Stanfield and produced by Jay-Z but this time set in the Holy Land and featuring characters including Jesus Christ, Mary Magdalene and the Virgin Mary. As he explains, he just wanted to bring back to the swords-and-sandals, 'Ben Hur'-style epic, but make one that resembled the world he grew up in.
