Sony's feature reboot from filmmaker Jennifer Kaytin Robinson hit theaters over the weekend.
In a spoiler-filled chat, the star breaks down the twists and turns she didn't know about until two weeks before the movie started screening for press.
However, Hewitt maintained that there's no drama between the two stars: "Why do we always have to be against each other and out for each other?"
